Dr. Wagner has vast experience in healthcare compliance initially obtained from serving as a Research Scientist and Health Administrator at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Senior Scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Dr. Wagner currently serves as Senior Consultant and Technical Committee Chairman for the TSIG Consulting Division of The Greeley Company. His wide-ranging knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, and DNV compliance requirements has been acquired from over 40 years of healthcare consulting and has been applied during the survey preparedness and inspection process for hundreds of healthcare organizations nationwide.
Over his career, Dr. Wagner has given numerous presentations at national meetings, including the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), and Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE). He has also published articles in national journals and provided programs as state organizations on a variety of subjects.
Dr. Wagner is a graduate of Emory University (BS, Physics), Georgia Institute of Technology (MS, Physics – Nuclear Engineering), and The Johns Hopkins University (ScD, Environmental Health). He retired from the US Public Health Service where he served at both NIH in Bethesda, MD and CDC in Atlanta, GA. He holds certifications as a Certified Hospital Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Hospital Emergency Professional (CHEP), and Certified Hazard Control Manager (CHCM). Dr. Wagner is the past Chairman of the Board for the APIC Consulting Service and has served as the Chairperson for the APIC Emergency Preparedness Committee.
Mr. Phillips serves as Vice President- Client Services and leads the TSIG Consulting Division’s Sales, Operations, Software, and Life Safety & Regulatory compliance Professional Services teams. Under his leadership, TSIG provides healthcare engineering and accreditation leaders solutions that assist their organizations in creating truly sustainable continuous compliance regulatory programs. Mr. Phillips draws on nearly two decades of healthcare industry experience, previously serving in an array of healthcare sales and service operations leadership positions.
Prior to joining TSIG Consulting, Mr. Phillips served in National Business Development and Service Delivery leadership positions within the Healthcare sector with companies providing Regulatory Compliance Consulting, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software solutions, and Biomedical Equipment Sourcing and Clinical Engineering Department Contract Management solutions.
Mr. Aberbach has over 20 years of experience in the CAD, CMMS and CAFM industry leading program development, implementation, and support efforts across a diverse mix of client verticals. Prior to joining TSIG, Mr. Aberbach served in software implementation and facility management solutions for Ness, a Tel Aviv, Israel based international software provider.
Over his career Mr. Aberbach has overseen various implementation projects in air transportation, healthcare, higher education, and military organizations. Mr. Aberbach studied Computer Science at Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Larry Barlow, Vice President Mid West Region, has more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare field, most of which has been devoted to helping organizations achieve and maintain compliance with The Joint Commission standards, Life Safety Code, and federal, state, and local requirements. Larry has extensive experience in Life Safety, Utility Management, Equipment Management and Safety. Larry has performed countless Life Safety Assessments, Fire Safety Evaluation Surveys, TJC Clarifications, and state and local remediations. Larry is a nationally recognized speaker, and his presentations are considered “down to earth” and user friendly.
Lori joins our team as Senior Accreditation & Compliance Specialist, and has come to TSIG with extensive experience in healthcare engineering, NFPA code compliance, construction plan reviews, surveys for Fire Safety, Life Safety, the development of equivalencies, and in building/commissioning fire suppression systems. Lori possesses over 25 years of experience and has provided consultation to healthcare providers on Fire Safety Programs & Plan Reviews, managed programs for AutoCAD, created traditional equivalencies as well as fire safety evaluation system equivalencies, managed building maintenance programs and prepared hundreds of Statement of Conditions.
