The Process for Interim Staffing Services

Here is how we go about providing interim staff to keep you going.

Resource need: Your organization notifies us of a need for an interim staff professional or executive.

Position: We will consult with you to understand the organizational need, any significant operational issues and the qualifications you seek in an interim placement.

Interim candidate search: Upon proposal acceptance, we will match your needs to our extensive network of exceptional interim resources and executives.

Initial candidate contact: We will arrange telephone interviews between you and the potential interim hire.

Onboarding: When a candidate has been selected for hire, our team will manage the pre-employment requirements as set forth in the contract. This includes a rigorous background screen conducted by an accredited company, pre-employment drug screen, verified references and compilation of immunization documentation.

Continued support: For the entire duration of the interim assignment, we will remain in contact with both your organization and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition and a successful placement.
