Director, Medical Staff Services Department – Texas

3+ Months full-time, onsite

*Salary: $60-90/hour

As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Medical Staff Office Operations. You will also work alongside our consulting team to assist with an implementation. Experience with MSOW preferred. Office going through transformation and looking for a Leader that can drive change. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months, with the chance to extend.


Manager, Medical Staff Services Department – New England

3+ Months (Contract-to-Hire), full-time, onsite

*Salary: $50-70/hour

As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of Medical Staff Office Operations, for a Critical Access Hospital. Experience with MD Staff preferred. Manage Credentialing operations and Physician Services would. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months, with the right to hire.


Credentialing Specialist – Florida

3 months, full-time, remote

*Salary: $35-50/hour

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing Credentialing applications, including initials and reappointments. Experience with Primary Source Verifications, CredentialStream software, and assisting with credentials files is a must. Looking for assistance within the CVO while their applications ramp up. This position would be remote. This is full-time, for 3 months, with chance to extend.


Credentialing Specialist – California

3 months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $35-50/hour

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing Credentialing and Privileging applications. Experience with Meeting Assistance (including Agendas, Minutes, and running meeting). Initial and Reappointment applications. MD Staff software experience is strongly preferred. This position would be onsite. This is full-time, for 3 months, with chance to extend.


Credentialing Specialist – California

3 months, full-time, remote

*Salary: $35-50/hour

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing Credentialing and Privileging applications. Experience with Primary Source Verifications, Initial and Reappointment applications, and assisting with credentials files. MSOW experience is preferred. This position would be remote. This is full-time, for 3 months, with chance to extend.


Manager, Medical Staff Services Department – California

3+ Months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $50-70/hour

As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of Medical Staff Office Operations, for a Regional Medical Center. Experience with MSOW preferred. Manage Credentialing operations, committees, meetings, and provider onboarding. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months.


Medical Staff Services Department Leaders – United States

3+ Months, full-time, onsite and hybrid

*Salary: $50-90/hour

We’re looking for experience Leaders in the Medical Staff Services Department. As an Interim Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Medical Staff Office operations. You will manage teams of Credentialing Coordinators and Specialists. Experience with software’s like MSOW, MD Staff, Healthstream, and Cactus are in demand. These positions are either onsite or hybrid for at least 3 months, with the chance to extend. Opportunities to travel to unique locations across the country.


Director Quality & Regulatory Compliance – NY/NJ

3+ months, full-time, onsite 

*Salary: $80-110/hour

As the Director of Quality you will be responsible for pulling & reviewing data, Chart Audits, and assist with Department Policy. Experience with The Joint Commission, State Department’s of Health, and reviewing Leap Frog data preferred. Manage team of Quality Coordinators. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months (with the chance to extend).


Director Quality & Patient Safety – California

3+ months, full-time, onsite 

*Salary: $80-110/hour

As the Director of Quality you will be responsible for pulling & reviewing all Quality data. Hospital looking for assistance aligning Quality programs. Experience with DNV Accreditation, background in Regulatory Affairs, Patient Safety, and Infection Control preferred. CPHQ required. Ability to educate a young Quality team. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months (with the chance to extend).


Risk Coordinator – New Mexico

3+ months, full-time, onsite 

*Salary: $50-70/hour

As a Risk Coordinator you will be responsible for Chart Abstractions, administering the risk management program, and work to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission standards. Experience with TJC Accreditation. RN Background is required. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months (with the chance to extend).

The exact rate of pay for this role is not guaranteed and is dependent on the factors outlined above.
