Greeley, a comprehensive healthcare advisory firm, today announced that Steven Canale, CPCS, CPMSM, has joined the firm as Director of Medical Staff Services. He brings more than 20 years of experience transforming medical staff services departments and teams to elevate performance.
Canale will join Greeley’s Managed Services team focused on medical staff services optimization. He will leverage his more than 12 years of experience serving as a medical staff services director and his strategic planning, budgeting, and analytical skills to improve his client’s organizational performance and the quality of care they deliver.

Prior to joining Greeley, Canale served as a medical staff services director at Adventist Health in northern California and Avanti Health Systems in southern California.
Canale has been active with the National Association for Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), having served on its national board from 2018-2020 and several NAMSS committees for six years. He is currently the president of the California Association of Medical Staff Services.
