System Director CVO/Process Improvement – United States
6 months, full-time, onsite
*Salary: $60-110/hour
We’re looking for experienced Credentialing Leader well versed in process improvement and optimization. As an Interim Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the MD Staff Optimization project. You will work closely with Hospital Leadership to ensure proper progress on project plan. Deep experience with MD required. This position would be onsite for a period of 6 months with a chance to extend.
Medical Staff Services Department Leaders – Various Locations
3+ Months, full-time, onsite and hybrid
*Salary: $50-90/hour
We’re looking for experience Leaders in the Medical Staff Services Department. As an Interim Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Medical Staff Office operations. You will manage teams of Credentialing Coordinators and Specialists. Experience with software’s like MSOW, MD Staff, Healthstream, and Cactus are in demand. These positions are either onsite or hybrid for at least 3 months, with the chance to extend. Opportunities to travel to unique locations across the country.
Quality & Accreditation Specialist – Northwest
3 months, full-time, onsite
*Salary: $65-90/hour
As a Quality and/or Accreditation Specialist you’re responsible for ensuring all quality and accreditation processes and protocols are being followed. Department is going through a transformation and looking for experienced individuals to assist with Quality and Accreditation management. DNV experience preferred. These positions would be onsite, for at least 3 months, with the opportunity to extend.
Credentialing Specialist – Southeast
3 months, full-time, remote
*Salary: $35-50/hour
As a Credentialing Specialist, you could be responsible for processing Credentialing, Privileging, Enrollment, and Health plan credentialing applications. Experience with Primary Source Verifications, Initial and Reappointment applications, Medicare and Medicaid, and assisting with credentials files. ECHO experience is required. This position would be remote. This is full-time, for 3 months, with a likelihood to extend.
Credentialing Specialist – Southeast
3 months, full-time, remote
*Salary: $35-50/hour
As a Credentialing Specialist, you could be responsible for processing Credentialing, Privileging, Enrollment, and Health plan credentialing applications. *Salary: $45-70/hour
As a Credentials Manager, you could be responsible for overseeing the Credentialing, Privileging, Enrollment, and Health plan credentialing process. Prior experience working with Health System Transitions and working in a chaotic environment. Ability to provide weekly status report updates and meet tight deadlines. Prior VerityStream and CVO experience is strongly preferred. This position would be remote. This is full-time, for 3 months, with a likelihood to extend.

*Salary: $45-70/hour
As a Credentials Manager, you could be responsible for overseeing the Credentialing, Privileging, Enrollment, and Health plan credentialing process. Prior experience working with Health System Transitions and working in a chaotic environment. Ability to provide weekly status report updates and meet tight deadlines. Prior Echo and CVO experience is strongly preferred. This position would be remote. This is full-time, for 3 months, with a likelihood to extend.
Chief Human Resources Officer – Midwest
3+ months, full-time, onsite
*Salary: $70-110/hour
As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) you will be responsible for assessing current state of office and staffing. Ability to drive and implement change. Prior experience implementing “Just Culture” preferred. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months (with the chance to extend).
