As a Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director, you will be a key leader within the physician enterprise, responsible for driving improvements in patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include; Leading the physician enterprise to align with organizational goals and enhance clinical performance, identifying and implementing processes to improve patient safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes, serving as a physician representative to the executive team, providing clinical insights and guidance for organizational strategies, collaborating with hospital leadership and various departments to foster a culture of excellence and innovation, and overseeing additional responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational needs and objectives.
