We are currently recruiting Chief Medical Officers through staff across different functions.

Spotlight Opportunities Include:
Director, Medical Staff Services Department – Texas

3+ Months full-time, onsite

*Salary: $65-85/hour

As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Medical Staff Office Operations. You will also work alongside our consulting team to assist with an implementation/transformation. Experience with MSOW preferred. Looking for a Leader that can drive change. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months, with the opportunity to extend.


Credentials Database Specialist – NJ

6 months, full-time, remote 

*Salary: $35-55/hour

As a Database Specialist, you will assist with the client’s transition from Cactus to CredentialStream. Experience with application setup, workflow setup, Bolt report writing for letters and forms, the Appoint module, & privileges setup. CredentialStream experience a must. This position would be remote. This is full-time, for 6 months.


Manager, Medical Staff Services Department – New England

3+ Months (Contract-to-Hire), full-time, onsite

*Salary: $50-70/hour

As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of Medical Staff Office Operations, for a Critical Access Hospital. Experience with MD Staff preferred. Manage Credentialing operations and Physician Services. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months, with the right to hire. 


Manager, Medical Staff Services Department – NY/NJ

3+ Months full-time, onsite

*Salary: $50-70/hour

As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of Medical Staff Office Operations. Experience with MD Staff preferred. Manage Credentialing processes and employees. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months.


Chief Nursing Officer – CA

3 Months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $125-175/hour

As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will be responsible for all Nursing operations for a 90+ Bed Hospital. Currently implementing “Just Culture”. Must have Masters in Psychiatry and prefer a seasoned executive. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months.


Chief Nursing Officer – OR

3+ Months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $90-120/hour

As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all Nursing operations for a 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital. Large expansion project going on that CNO is expected to lead. This position would be onsite, full-time, for 3 months (with the opportunity to extend).


Chief Revenue Officer – NORTHEAST

6-12 Months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $1100-1400/day

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for all Revenue Cycle operations. Experience with Soarian financials preferred. Prior involvement with Hospital mergers is preferred. This position would be onsite. This is full-time, for 6+ months.


Accreditation Manager - NORTHWEST

3 months, full-time, onsite (hybrid)

*Salary: $70-100/hour

As the Accreditation Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with ongoing efforts to maintain CARF accreditation. Prior Quality and Accreditation experience required. This position would be onsite to start, with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule moving forward. This is full-time, for 3+ months (with the opportunity to extend).


Peer Review Coordinator – CA

3+ months, full-time, remote

*Salary: $70-100/hour

As a Regulatory Coordinator, you will be responsible for pulling & reviewing data, Chart Audits, and assist with Policy. Experience with identifying potential issues and notifying proper stakeholders. This position would be remote. This is full-time, for 3 months (with the chance to extend).

The exact rate of pay for this role is not guaranteed and is dependent on the factors outlined above.
